One-on-Once intensive coaching is my top of the line service offering.  It is for those who are ready to commit to a Hell YES!!! level of fierce participation in their life.  This is about revelation and transformation.  It is not for the faint of heart (and that includes me).  It is for the client who knows she has something to offer, personally or professionally, and who is ready to acknowledge and claim that gift so that she can find all those someone’s who are looking for her.

I take no more than 5 clients total at any combination of the levels below because this type of work takes a lot of energy and focus.  I am deciated to being present and focused with all of my clients and thus must limit the available slots.

One on One Coaching is for you if:

• you want  intensive one-on-one work
• you are a solopreneur, small business owner, small non-profit Executive Director (business) or
• you are looking to make some transition in your personal life and finding those around you not ready to move with you (in fact, they are probably quite happy with how things have been running and how dare you go and change things up!)
• you see no dividing line between personal and professional:  your work is your passion and spills over into all areas of your life
• you need someone to identify the walls of your box so you can knock them down
• you want to set up and work a life or business plan with some accountability for timing, and a hand to hold when it gets dark and you don’t want to be alone
• you want someone to brainstorm with – not just mirror but actively participate in working with you as you look at possibilities
• you want continuity from session to session – not off the top of the head responses
• you want to be your unique, shining individual self not someone made to squash into a one-size-fits-all program

What you get:

• My decades of experience in creating and running for- and non-profit programs
• My decades long work in communities around social justice, identifying and training leaders to stand in their own power when they speak to culturally and politically anointed authorities
• My understanding of how deep personal wounds can carry our greatest gifts, and how to shovel the crap out of the way
• A safe place to empower yourself – no one else can – and a hand to hold and a brain to pick as you work through that process
• Role playing and modeling to practice new roles
• Attention to the details you choose to focus on
• Permission to change course and focus – as you learn you are not the same person as when you start the process; your intentions may change along the way and that’s okay
• Continuity from session to session based on well-kept notes that  I will email you as noted below
• A Level percentage off of fees for any workshop, retreat or on-line program that I offer to support your coaching work during your paid-up coaching participation

Process:

• You email me:  info@TammyVitale.com and indicate the program level you are interested in, are ask for further specific information about any of these programs
• I email you a short questionnaire to complete and return to me
• I email you a couple of time slots for a telephone call, and you email me back your choice and your preferred phone contact
• We chat by phone for 15 minutes to tie up any loose ends and agree on when to start your program and the direction we will start off
• I invoice you via PayPal (where you can pay via cash or credit card)
• Upon receipt of payment, we begin
• Yes – this is indeed a process.  There is no “BUY HERE BUY NOW” button.  This isn’t about rushing your money into my bank account.  This is about the relationship you and I are about to create that will change both of us forever!

Programs

The prevailing wisdom says that giving specifics to a potential client is conducive to not getting clients – that talking money without 3 pages of sales copy, a “sign up and get this for free” offer, and a listing of everything you’re going to miss if you don’t respond *right now* allows potential clients to move into their head and out of their emotions (which is what current marketing says we want to avoid at all costs).

One-size does not fit all for clients or coaches.  This is my experiment in being upfront and non-manipulative with you.

Below are the different levels of intensive coaching I offer and the costs for each.

I’m interested in working with women who are ready to claim their Hell YES!! life with all the gusto and intent of purpose that implies.  If that’s you, we’ll do well together!

Level 1:

• Two 40-minute phone sessions a month (every other week)
• Two email responses  a month (one each week we don’t speak on the phone)
• 15 % off any workshops or retreats held during your active Level 1 participation
• Interactive coaching – you get to pick my brain
• My notes emailed to you at the end of the month for your records and review
• One month commitment
• $225/month

Level 2:

• Four 45-minute phone sessions a month (one per week)
• Four email responses (one per week)
• 20% off any workshops or retreats held during your active Level 2 participation
• Interactive coaching – you get to pick my brain
• My notes emailed to you after each phone session for your records and review
• A status evaluation from me to you from me to you (one at the end of each month) based on your stated intentionsfor this work  (from the questionnaire and any modifications we’ve made along the way), and a form for you to do the same for me should you be so inclined
• Three months’ commitment
• $1,275 total for 3 months

Level 3:

• Three one-hour and one 90-minute  phone sessions per month (90 minute session can be in person if you are local to me)
• Six email responses per month
• 25% off any workshops or retreats held during your active Level 3 participation
• Interactive coaching – you get to pick my brain
• My notes emailed to you after each phone session for your records and review, along with suggested resources for your further pursuit
• Six status evaluations from me to you (one at the end of each month) based on your stated intentionsfor this work  (from the questionnaire and any modifications we’ve made along the way), and a form for you to do the same for me should you be so inclined
• Six months’ commitment
• $5,000 total for 6 months
