SW Bear with Butterfly, by Tammy Vitale
Too many things on the calendar. This is a good thing. And a hard thing. But I refuse to complain because I don’t want it to go away. I just need to adjust my todo list and get on with it.
Writing thus takes somewhat of a backseat to getting ready for upcoming visit to Joie de Vivre tomorrow in Cambridge on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (and hopefully something in Easton but like I said yesterday it won’t materialize unless I make a few calls which I haven’t done). Load in for The Bronze Door Spa in Prince Frederick next week and then thinking about the whole fruitbasket upset that has to go on in the other places I’m showing for the new month.
Luckily, a fun idea came in yesterday from Mary Bowen, founder of Women in Harmony, yesterday and I decided then to share it here. It’s anonymous, and I take it from the little face attached that it’s tongue in cheek. But humor has a way of presenting some pretty good ideas.
The Clown Chakra 😀
The Clown Scientists have found that all our problems can be placed under one heading: Seriousness. Seriousness is the leading cause of everything from Cancer to Reincarnation.
Scientists from the Clown Academy have already discovered a new source of healing. It is a psychic energy point located between the heart chakra and the throat chakra. It is called the Clown Chakra. If people are feeling miserable, if they have financial problems, if their relationship situation is the pits, if they are in ill health, if they have a need to sue people, if they find fault with their brother, then obviously, their Clown Chakra is closed.
When this happens, the scientists have observed under a high-powered microscope that the cells of every organ display a sad face, and when the Clown Chakra is open and functioning normally, the cells display a happy face.
The scientists realized that if a person is ill, it is because his mind has projected guilt onto the cells of his body and has forced out the love that is normally found within each cell of the body. The cells are therefore saying, "I Lack Love," or "ILL" for short.
The scientists also discovered that all disease is due to the fact that the cells are out of ease or dis-eased. When the Clown Chakra is opened and working (or rather, playing) properly, the psychic mechanism sucks up misery, pain, anger, resentment, grievances, unhappiness, etc., and converts the energy into tiny red heart-shaped balloons. The red heart-shaped balloons contain Love and Joy. These balloons are directed to the dis-eased cell or situation, and a happy face appears instantly. When the light enters the darkness, the darkness is gone. Sometimes these red heart-shaped balloons are called endorphins, due to the fact that when anyone experiences them, the feeling of separation ends. They experience being back home with All That Is and hence are no longer an orphan. This is the well-known end-orphan (endorphin) effect.
So, if you think someone is attacking you, Clown Scientists recommend that you visualize sending that person red heart-shaped balloons filled with Love and Joy.
Remember to keep your Clown Chakra open and remember to laugh.
Seriousness causes reincarnation.

I also hooked into a really great new site: Marketing to Women on Line: How Women Use the Web which I haven’t had a moment to read all the way through but I really like what I’ve seen so far and find it something I’ve been looking for, with a few failing sidepaths/sites along the way.
Want to say thanks to Molly Gordon for the call out in her blog, saying thanks for her callout here in mine. Life is a circle. Generosity spirals. I worry about that getting lost when women take on the characteristics of a hierarchical business platform.
Finally figured out how to get Amazon books listed here on the site – in case the books I mention intrigue you. I haven’t figured out how to get any more than are currently showing up on the screen, which bugs me because I don’t like it that books drop off when I add new ones. I guess that’s yet another "help" message to Typepad, which is wonderful about getting back and getting you helped no matter what. They make it really easy to use this format.
I’m also reviewing previous links since some of them aren’t working, partially because of typos and partially because they aren’t working for a reason I don’t understand. Will keep at it so that you can go back and move through links that may not have worked before.
Thought for the day: "Imagine you’re walking in open country. You come upon a vast Circle in an expansive, fertile field. Streams and springs are flowing into this sunny area providing the optimal environment for life to flourish. This is not a Circle made by human hands, rather, it’s a zone where the energy of the universe flows without restriction. The Circle is not made or run by people, though everyone and everything is included in it. You have your own permanent place here….There is no fence around this Circle, no admission gate, no entrance fee. Regardless of your age, your weight, the color of your skin, your gender, your education, your nationality, your financial status, or other people’s opinions of you – you already belong here. No person or condition has the power to keep you out. You alone can take yourself out of the Circle, but your place will always be reserved for you. Your place in the Circle never expires. If you leave, it’s simply vacant until you return. So come on in." Victoria Castle, The Trance of Scarcity (emphasis mine)

I am so glad that two more torsos are OUT there!
Also I wanted you to know that your article on personal PR led me to request that the NYC group send a press release to Holland newspaper.! I'll gradually get better at this.
My water talk has changed titles to "In Living Community with Water: the Spirituality of Water" — and I've worked to clarify and make more lively some of the points. I do love the powerpoint show I've done to go with it.
More as it happens.
