I am aware that time has decided to stay in warp drive and that if I continue to try to make space for long ramblings here, blogging simply isn't going to happen.  So I have decided to drop in with little things.  Here's some new jewelry that I have recently photographed.  Enjoy!

Zapp glass and wood Zapp glass and fire Zapp glass and stone thought for the day: It is vital that on'e spiritual quest be accompanied by a sense of irony.  To have a sense of irony ensures humilty.  Evenin your moments of purest, honest intention, there is a sense in which you do not know and can never know what it is that you are actually doing.  There is an opaque backdrop to even the clearest action.  In everything we do and say, we risk encounter with the unknown.  Often its ways are not our ways, and only at the end do we see the deeper meaning of our actions.  John O'Donohue Eternal Echoes:  Celtic Reflections on Our Yearing to Belong

And here's another lovely post to cheer your day:  Silverspring's "Invoking Clarity."

  • So is that bead on the third necklace, the lovely little venus bead, one of yours? You have been a busy girl.

  • Hi Tammy,
Thank you for sharing so much wonderful creation with others…
I especially love the coffee filter art, and the beadwork, so stunninggly beautiful…xxx

  • Beautiful necklaces! I especially love design of the first one and the beeds with little knots on them. You know, I wear the little Venus bead body around my neck very often, I love fiddling with it when I wear it:)
Have a great weekend, we have a long one here cause on July 14 is the national Holiday here in France (attack of the Bastille in 1789 cause the king the queen and her friends, partying, starved the people to death)…
    love
    Andrea

  • Thank you, Tammy, for this entire post. Your jewelery is so lovely, and I am one of those people who loves words on things (surprise, surprise) so the "Power" tag really speaks to me.

I first found John O'Donohue through you, and still am mourning that we will not have any more insights from his deep awareness. Of course, the books he has in print contain enough revelations for a lifetime or two.

The link was kind of you: I'm always pleased when someone, and you in particular, find something worth thinking about further in my writing.
