My Hotmail account – my 8 year old the only thing that I use with all my files and emails recorded therein – has frozen me out.

There is no such thing as a live hotmail tech support system.  You can email and they will email you back.  (yes, there is a certain irony here).

I have opened a new account:  TammyVSculptor@hotmail.com (I’m a sucker for punishment) and it is working on my computer.  My husband’s hotmail account works on my computer and his computer.  My regular account work on neither computer.  This is their end, not mine.  And I pay for that account!

and if you comment here you will go to my old account and if you hit email here you will go to my old account as I will have to research how to change those as I was following a script when I set it all up and I’m in a hurry out the door and so…..

I finally found a # for MSN online and she verified (to a rather prickly me) that there is no such thing as live help for hotmail.

You gotta love it.

In front of me I have a sign:  "In the face of adversity, uncertainty and conflicting sensory information, I hereby pledge to remain ever mindful of the magical, infinite, loving reality I live in.  A reality that conspires tirelessly in my favor."

So I assume I am to begin again…..I am off to load in a show for the weekend.  I shall blog more later.  But if anyone has emailed me since 2pm EDT USA yesterday, I have not seen it.

  • This is the most fantastic (and appropriate) quote I've read in a long time, thank you! E

  • I was going to suggest google as well. I think they are easier to get now than they have been in the past, when you had to be sent an invite.

  • HI Tammy, bon courage for all this e-mail salad, I use gmail too for all blogging-concerned things and find it easy and good.
    Have a good show,
    Andrea

  • Don't you love it:) Lately, the majority of comments left on my typepad, which are supposed to be sent to my inbox-aren't! My web mail people say it's a typepad issue, typepad says it's an email issue-so I'll just keep muddling along, doing the best I can with it.

  • You might give googlemail a look; you can reach it from anywhere, it's archival, and doesn't have that "hotmail/spam look" factor.
