Granddaughter joined me for AEDM2017 – Day 19.
We spent some time coloring together – first I finished the sketch I drew on 11/15 and posted for 11/17.
She finished two pictures while we were at it. Here she is with one of them.
Here she is focusing.
Then I did another quick sketch from a needlepoint pillow I designed and worked back in the 1970s when I was doing a lot of needlepoint. The design is from a rug my parents had on their floors my whole life. I moved it to my office at my last house for 24 years and now it is in the basement, rolled up and a bit worse for wear. The colors are stained glass because I was using up left over thread.
Here is another pillow I designed from that rug, with the colors of the rug.
