Short and Sweet
Necklace: pendant – abalone and amethyst set in silver, stands – coin and round pearls and chech glass separaters with peweter clasp, by Tammy Vitale, $110
Have been back to the Bead Boutique to buy the beads I need for finishing several other pendant necklaces. As I make the necklaces, the torso they go with is starting to form in my head. This is very cool and lets me know I’m on the right path. This particular necklace is for sale by itself.
This week I have received the True Blue Blogging
Award from Karen at Art in the Garage. Karen has found her true pathway in art this year, with wonderful women’s faces that go with little stories. Amazing! Be sure to visit. Thanks Karen!
My plan is to try looking at some new blogs over the holidays and pass the award along, but for the current time, do youself a favor and check out the other blogs Karen gave the awards to. One is Kikipotomous The Hobo whose blog and name I have seen around many of the sites I often visit. The "thought for the day" which is a picture today, is from her blog. And isn’t that worth just one click?
thought for the day:
Happy holidays everyone! May your days be Merry and Bright!

Dear Tammy, this necklace looks very precious, like a Queen's necklace. I can imagine how fine it will look on one of your artful torsos. I love the combination of the black pearls, the bigger round beads and the pendant, which is gorgeous.
I'm with your thought of the day: Happy Holidays to your, my dear Tammy.
