Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh… so many crayons!!!!!
Crayons DO equal happiness. My inner child is contenting herself with random crayons and a set of glittery gel pens… she is happily drawing stars and squiglies, and thinks she's in heaven!
happiness is the smell on opening the box for the first time. they ought to put that in a perfume bottle instead of all that musk stuff. don't even get me started on musk! (!)
I often say that I became an artist on that long-ago day (even longer ago, since yesterday was my birthday lol) when I opened the box of 64 Crayola crayons my mother bought me, and took my first whiff. As others have said, the smell is intoxicating, and full of the promise of beautiful coloring to come.
Thanks for the memories, Tammy!

I second Ascender's nomination for a new perfume, Eau de Crayon!
There's nothing quite like that new crayon smell…
Enjoy!
