I think that heart-breast is powerfully symbolic. It made me think of our society's many interpretations of breasts: nursing an infant, hooter jokes, don't forget your mammagram, "wrap 'em round your ears." It reminded me that beneath, behind, the flesh and skin of the breast, look for the heart.
